At KC Turbos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated; simply download, print, and attach it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
