Goerend transmission system is meticulously designed and manufactured in-house from start to finish, ensuring top-tier quality and performance. Through comprehensive testing on our in-house dynamometer, including K-factor and torque ratio evaluations, we verify the functionality of each component. The billet steel cover, forged to minimize porosity, provides robustness and versatility with its multi-bolt pattern. Our billet steel piston, complete with a damper assembly, shields the driveline from crank pulse shock, extending the lifespan of both converter and transmission. The stator, also forged to reduce porosity, boasts a dual Torrington bearing design and lugged races, alongside a patented internal design guaranteeing precise lockup without throttle modulation. With proprietary multi-disc lockup clutches and reinforced turbine, our transmission ensures unparalleled performance and reliability. Precision engineering, including computerized robotic welding and accurate balancing, results in a transmission system with exceptional durability and efficiency, setting a new standard in the industry.
